Job Overview:
As an Employee and Labor Relations Partner, you'll play a key role in maintaining a harmonious work environment. From conducting investigations to implementing employee relations strategies, you'll be instrumental in ensuring fairness and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
Five years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HR certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
