Minimum Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration or a related field, and five years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience plus one year of Equal Opportunity and Risk Management experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. Must provide own means of transportation. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment.
Position Summary: An employee assigned to this classification is responsible for all activities, operations and functions of the administrative section which oversees the Human Resources, Equal Opportunity and Risk Management Services for the Library District, including the supervision of staff, establishment of procedures, recommendation of policies, and development of short and long range plans for this section of the Division. The employee may assist with District-wide planning.
