Under the direction of the City Manager, the Finance Director / Comptroller provides administrative leadership and oversight of all financial operations for the City. This position is responsible for budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, investments, payroll, utility billing, and risk management. The Director ensures compliance with municipal, state, and federal financial regulations and works closely with department heads, elected officials, and external agencies. In addition, the Finance Director / Comptroller manages long-term financial planning and economic development initiatives while fostering an efficient, professional working environment.
