The Fire Chief is responsible for leading, managing, and directing the operations of the Fire Department. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating fire prevention, fire suppression, and emergency response activities. The Fire Chief ensures compliance with laws, ordinances, and policies, collaborates with other agencies, and manages resources to minimize risks to life and property. The role requires strong leadership, administrative expertise, and the ability to make critical decisions during emergencies.
