The City of Oviedo is seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to lead and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including the City’s self-insured health plan and Employee Health & Wellness Center. This position plays a key role in benefits strategy, financial management, and policy development, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, employee leave programs, and retirement plan administration. The ideal candidate will exercise sound independent judgment, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and work collaboratively with employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners. This role reports to the Human Resources Director and may serve in a leadership capacity in their absence.
